Sad to read about another church being fragmented and unlawfully obtained by those who used trickery to transfer the title to another entity.There is a Higher Judge who will reward everyone of us as our works are,He who knows our every thought and intent of our heart, who will Judge with righteous judgements. But it is also Sad, that these brothers in their plight to bring the truth to the light as to what happened in their attempt to get their desired outcome with the building, and their feeling of being wronged by those restrictions placed upon them by their Elders, Yet in some of their writings they make judgements and expect to have others become as they are, without knowing the facts, and in fact they have become Judges and Executioners without knowing, or even searching for the facts!

How will the church thieves divide the money and how much percentage of the church sale will go to their solicitors? Have they got a buyer for the building? Is the sale money income going to be taxed?

We're all taught on our baptism day that stealing, lying and baring false witness is a sin. A second story does not apply when one/parties decide to steal a church- the moment you cross that line you're done! The deed is done and you sinned greatly. Stealing falls under the same category as adultery, fornication, murder etc. according to the living word of God.
The question then lies to those who support the theft, are you then partakers of the sin itself? For silence and support may put you in the same category before God. I believe it's not about winning a court case.., life is about earning the grace to be counted worthy to be found on God's right hand ... So these people who appear that they won a court case, only did it before an unjust judge. God, on the other hand, is a JUST GOD.

Do you have any information on who built the church, loan details (name/s of those on the mortgage) and all those involved in building Columbia Station? Also who are the Steffans and how will the profit be split after the sale of the church? Someone mentioned that a percentage will go to their solicitors????? Yes there are always 3 sides to each story,each side has there version, which makes it two, and then there is the truth, which makes it three. But the truth is very seldom reported on this site. Even though the "Moderator" Wrote on 9 October 2016 11.50 to encourage users to use the site and to warn that users are to "refrain from rude language and insults. Had it not been for some caring brothers,the banks would have sold the church. All the elders should receive a background check at this point. Also someone needs to take responsibility for what transpired in Columbia Station. Why were the members kicked out and why are the doors closed? Investigation needs to start at the TOP! The leadership! The members also should not be afraid to speak up in fear of retaliation. Totally agree to "ALL Elders should recieve a background check"!!! So many of them are spiritually lost. They are the cause of all divisions in the church. Mike Petras, I do not personally know you however, do not allow these bitter small people who think they are BIG (elders) to take your peace from you. They are not worth it. They should open Houses of God , not lock them and keep brothers, sisters and kids out of them. They are acting like tyrants... if you will not do the way they want it, they will finish you. But they forget something, NOBODY IS ABOVE GOD . You should give yourself to GOD not to some corrupted people that have higher positions in your organization. The church is located on a three-acre lot; my family and I worked on the one-acre portion removing over 200 stubs and trees using my excavator, bobcat, equipment and material to do the landscaping and placed scrubs and trees and garden mulch around the church, all the expenses came from my family’s donation to the church. The only contribution Peter Stephan donated to me was $700. We also built a kitchen island, cabinets, stone top, and a custom made accessory storage built in closet with my family’s donation of labor and materials. We also supplied monitory funds when the churches account was low (we always-contributed extra) only thanks be to God. Again lots of people contributed, but because you are asking I am responding. –Mihal Petras
