From an anonymous e-mail:
David Nikolson resigned as a minister and as an elder, without having to face any consequences to his sin, didn’t even have to mention that he’s leaving in sin, made no restitution to anyone who he’s hurt, and says he has peace and is free to leave to any church he wants to go to
Another e-mail:
Justice was served and David Nikolson was forced to resign. Elders told the church not to question as to the reason why David is resigning? Well if it was for a good reason why not tell the church Dusko Dragojlovic? Everyone knows why! He is a compulsive liar. What do the 2 Nikolson brothers have in common? One is a thief put down from ministry. Dave is a liar forced down from Eldership. Quite sad actually!

Colossian 3:25
Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism.
(If David doesnt receive the punishment now, he will receive it on the last day, and the committee elders with him)
stepping down is not the punishment for his sin. (its the result for his sin, not the actual punishment itself)
he will step down AFTER his punishment is brought forth.
just stepping down is not the punishment itself.
this is a false way of bringing justice and righteous judgement.
Jeremiah 30:11

was he put under the rod or excommunicated?
being promoted to become an elder is not a blessing.
nor
being removed from elder-ship the punishment of sin.
a type of discipline is the punishment for the committed sin.
eg. being under the rod, or excommunicated,
stepping down from a role is not the discipline itself.

yeah, because the elder committee has taken his guilt of sin upon themselves, so he is free now.....
free to go where he will not want to go (together with the elder committee), unless they repent and confess their sins.
the elder committee agreed and forced him to commit the sin with going ahead with the wedding of a nazarene member with a non-nazarene member in a nazarene church, and now they ask HIM to resign.
what about their resignation??????????????????????????

This comment above me is the best comment so far on this entire website. "The entire denomination has become a joke." 100% fact. Its sickening what this church has become. All the elders preach now is "to keep the church pure YOU have to be pure." What a load of you know what. Instead of dealing with sin the elders endorse it. Nazarenes say they are the only ones saved.....HA!!! I bet there will be the least of us in heaven out of any denomination.

2 Corinth.11:
13.For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
14. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
15. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.
Gal.2:4
This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.
Jude 1:4
For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about[b] long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.
Gal.1
6. I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—
7. which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.
8. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!
9. As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!
"DO NOT BOW DOWN TO ELDERS"
its a sin unto death.......
its idolatry to bow down to a man, government, elder, elder committee, the oldest elder....etc
idolatry means:
1. very great admiration or respect for someone, often too great:
2. immoderate attachment or devotion to something or someone

To: Petar Stephan, David Nickolson, Dorel Stephan, Willie Kurtz, Mark Meister, and Dushko Dragojlovic: you have fulfilled John 16:2 where it says, ‘They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service’. I would like to remind you again that this is what you did, this is your doing, and you have fulfilled what Jesus had said. To the elders, you call yourselves ‘Spiritual Leaders’ that you have all the qualities of a Spiritual leader that lights a candlestick up on a hill. But I want to let you know a gentleman by Indian natality had shown more love and compassion than all of your elders put together. Not only has he provided a room at a hotel for the remaining CS members to fellowship in but has also offered with the kindness and mercy of his heart to buy a new church so the CS members can gather. How is it that you close the door of God, and you think you have done God’s service, but yet this unbeliever has had pity and compassion and would love to see the remaining CS members gather in a church? So which example should we follow here, your example of closing down the church or should we follow this stone example for having pity and compassion?

I don’t know any of the people mentioned in this thread as I’m not part of your church. But could it be supposed that, like many things, it is context that determines what is meant by a ‘father,’ spiritual or otherwise? It is true that Jesus said to call no man your father upon the earth (Matthew 23:9). But wouldn’t it also be true that His purpose in making that statement was different than if, say, someone asked us who our parents were? Wouldn’t we say that so-and-so is my ‘father,’ and we’d all understand what that means, and we’d further understand that we haven’t been disobedient to what Jesus was speaking of by merely identifying our earthly father?
As for the concept of a ‘spiritual’ father, might it also depend on context, or the manner in which one thinks of or defines this particular term? If someone defines a ‘spiritual father’ as someone who believes they supplant God as the Father, then of course that would clearly be wrong. But it seems the Bible does speak about some relationships that maybe some might call ‘spiritual fatherhood,’ perhaps as a means of describing a close relationship in terms we would understand figuratively.
The Apostle Paul addressed both Timothy and Titus as sons (I Timothy 1:2, II Timothy 1:2, Titus 1:4), even though he had no familial relationship with either one of them. One could infer that if they were sons in the faith, that he was suggesting himself as the father in a spiritual sense. Not God the Father, of course, but someone who had a huge influence on them, just as fathers do on their sons in a family. The affection and love with which he wrote to these men looks very much like that of a loving father. He also spoke of at least one of them as sons in the Gospel (Philippians 2:22). In addition, in leaving instruction for Timothy, Paul also addressed how he was to approach an elder when rebuke was needed, which was to entreat him as a father (I Timothy 5:1). I do think the context here of the word ‘elder’ is of an older man, though, versus the position of elder in the church. But I could be wrong. Paul also referred to Onesimus as a son (Philemon 1:10), as one he’d begotten in his bonds. Fatherly affection wasn’t confined only to these men, either. Paul wrote to the Corinthians, addressing them in certain parts as sons (I Corinthians 4:14). He even mentions that they didn’t have many fathers (in spite of having many instructors), and said that in Christ Jesus he (that is, Paul) had ‘begotten you through the gospel’ (I Corinthians 4:15). Could someone describe this as ‘spiritual fatherhood?’
The Apostle John speaks of children, young men, and fathers in I John 2:12-14. If no man should be considered a ‘father,’ then it would seem counterintuitive for him to describe them as such. Similar to Paul, John also addresses those to whom he writes as “my little children” (I John 2:1, I John 3:18), which would make him a type of father by inference, and very much in a spiritual sense… though again not as God the Father.
The Apostle Peter makes reference to a son named Marcus (I Peter 5:13). However, it could be that Marcus was his actual son (versus a ‘spiritual’ son).
Perhaps some will feel differently, but depending on how one defines terms, I can understand someone referring to a ‘spiritual father,’ particularly if this example is seen also in Scripture.

but because most elders think they are LORDS (when they are not), then in no case should anyone refer to them as a father.
if any apostle (in new testament times) called themselves a father, that could be a valid reason for an elder to likewise be called a father (in some spiritual manner perhaps)
so
because there is NO biblical reference (in new testament times) for any one being called a father, then there is absolutely NO reason for any other member of Christ's Church to be called a father in any way....
the Lords prayer is so simple.....Our Father which art in heaven....
That is our father, not a person or god on the earth.

I also understand what you’re saying. Even if the concept of a ‘spiritual father’ might be in Scripture, it would never justify un-Christlike behavior on the part of an elder (or anyone else for that matter), nor would it seem to be a ‘title’ any godly man would ever affix to himself.

Being put under the rod for years and given no option to repent or make things right was wrong on Paul Pentsa Sr. and his church members end. I'm sorry you had to go through this.

PP doesn't care. He was just doing baptismal work yesterday in Colorado with one hundred percent approval by the American elders. And then people dream that he's "removed."

Dear moderator,
It is not correct what you write that the elders P.P. and your father in law Andrew Szabo "decided to put him under discipline" You are stating that you "think", so you do not know the facts, do you? Yes this person was engaged for a few days, but the feelings were mutual on both sides that they should break it of and not have it announced in church, so it was never even announced in church. There were cases were engagements were broken up here in US and the older Elders after considering case by case, at times restricted the one who broke the engagement, in some form, But in Australia their were a few engagements broken, and the Elders did not impose such restrictions. This person was not dealt with in any rude way by the Elders, or the church, but he himself of his own will left and attended other faiths. It appears that you have an axe to grind with those Elders, and or the church, even though you Moderator left the ACCN church and attend elsewhere, yet you still would want to smear the church and its Elders! Is it because you were also admonished and corrected by them to live a holy life and not to cause confusion and not to slander members and non members?
In Hebrews we read
"For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealetrh with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Hebrews 11/6-8
To some people commenting on this site, these Elders you slander so much, you hold as if they abused you and hated you, but they must have loved you and cared for your souls, by applying discipline to you so you would not suffer in the end, that eternal judgement, In the world we live in, it appears that love means to tolerate all the evil and sin people do, and not to be judging any one, even if they cross the "bounderies" and violate God's Laws,or Word, but if they break our laws, then we Tend to Crucify Them without even allowing them to defend themselves.
I would advise we all do as it is recorded in 2 Cor 13/5 " Examine yourselves whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?"
Reprobates are left for the Judgement of God !

Thanks Paul, lovely. Straight from the horse's mouth, as you would say. You always wrote nice letters. Spiritual.
And you're always right, whether you expel people, take them to court, shun them, abuse them.
It's simply not possible for you not to be right. God himself is on your side. Whoever opposes you must be wrong.
But this website is about you, and other elders, not about me. Think for a second. People write all this stuff about YOU, not about me. I think your destiny is to finish your life like that cardinal George Pell, such a kind and spiritual person all his life, but in reality a perverted molester, liar and psychopath.

Please allow this person who is under discipline to speak for himself.
And here's a question to you - Why does this website exist?
Paul Pensta Sr. is the most offensive, unjust person who creates his own rules and regulations and punishes people according to his own will. This website was created because Paul Pentsa Sr. has elevated himself and causes so many offenses and hurt wherever he goes. He is not Jesus. He makes mistakes. I wonder if he has ever apologized to anyone even one of his kids.
No one is immortal. If you don't offend someone you are not human. There is no way Paul Pensta Sr. is 100% right all the time.
There are also those who mock and say the American elders support Paul Pensta Sr. 100%, and yet people want him down. Didn't those who got on the Titanic say, 'that not even God can sink this ship'? I assure you the reason the American elders support Paul Pensta Sr. is because God has a purpose and he has allowed this for his reasoning.
I think the American Elders should look closely at Paul Pentsa Sr. because he has caused many problems in Sydney, Queensland, Melbourne, etc., in the churches and has left many people who don't go to church in financial ruins for his business. Wherever that power hungry Australian elder goes, he will cause more harm. First, look to chasteneth and scourgeth your own.
Elders are going to be judged too on judgment day!

I don't know how Paul Pentsa Sr. was able to convince members of his church and family to give up their homes to complete his vengeful act on someone he disliked.
PP Sr. is not charismatic and not very intelligent. The only thing I can think of is 1) they may have been afraid of him due to his past reputation of abusing members with his power by either threatening them with punishment or punishing them or 2) he may have used manipulation by offering them lots of money.
I don't understand how one can get manipulated to give up their own homes? Also when members ask when they will receive their homes is he inclined to help them?

When a member asked Paul Pentsa Sr. how long they have to wait till they get their house back, he responded, 'It's not my problem' turned his back and walked away.
Question to PP Sr. how many houses do you have? Why didn't you put your own homes on the line?
It's easy to manipulate people to do your dirty work. You have a reputation of using people to get them to do what you want them to do.
For those who lost due to PP Sr. know this he used you just like he uses everyone. And to those who challenge him, he will quote the scripture to place fear on his victims, and will not hesitate to punish you.
PP Sr. you have a lot of correcting to do, and to those who support you, they share your sin.

Who "Gave up their homes" to have him "complete his vengeful act on someone he disliked" ?
And who is that person "he disliked" and what is that "vengeful act" against that person?
This is very confusing, how can someone lose their homes and then ask when "when they will receive there homes", From whom do they expect to receive back their Homes? and if this person "Offered them lots of money", For what were they offered money, what were they doing for that offered money? and if he had lots of money, why did these lose their houses? This all sounds made up stories from some novel! Are people so naïve to give up homes for a person with lots of money, whom they say is not "very intelligent", or maybe he more intelligent that what people make him to be!
Very confusing story. Get your facts straight! PP SNR never lost his business, I heard he lost properties and money he loaned to his sons failed business to help him pay his workers and suppliers, some say it was something close to 2 million dollars! So who is making up stories here?

To the person who is confused - go to PP Sr. and ask him.
As for Paul Pentsa Sr. - you need to learn boundaries. You are too intertwined with the members in the church involving their private business.
Someones home and finances are not your business to touch. You also should never ask someone to do something that you are not willing to do.

stop backing up senior removed mastermind removed elder paul pentsa.
removed elder pentsa is in fault for SUPPORTING his son in this sin.
he can support his son with another $50 million....but that does not cover up the illegal act towards the government's rules of building homes.
money does not cover up the sin......... repentance, confession, reconciliation, and returning and reversing the error does.
did junior pentsa pay the CORRECT insurance, or any insurance at ALL??????????
seems very obvious he didn't, as the insurance cant take over and complete the unfinished homes junior pentsa started.
this is ILLEGAL to take a deposit, for a home, and not pay insurance..........
this is the fault in question here.......thats what senior pentsa is backing up and supporting.
if senior pentsa tried to use corruption to put junior pentsa on ministry, this illegal act is a piece of cake for him.....
why are we all surprised about this???

Acts 5:1-11
5 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.
11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. –Mark 4:22
Whether in private or in public, the Lord sees everything. Today, take an honest look within, examine your conscience, and repent where necessary. Genuine repentance from sin not only opens the door to God's greatest blessings but also sets you free. Consider openly confessing your sins to one another.

ETHICAL
* Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do
* Ethical behaviour is doing the right thing – even when doing the wrong thing is legal.
HONEST
* Wrong is wrong even if everyone else is doing it - right is right even when no-one else is doing it
* The only people who get upset when you speak the truth are those who are living a lie....don't stop speaking the truth because of their disappointments.

Before thinking about doing the right thing, looking at what you believe in and how you act is important. If your actions and beliefs are all over the place or don't match up, thinking about doing what's right can be hard.
When reflecting on each person's role in C.S., analyzing the breakdowns, the eventual outcome, and the lasting impacts on individuals years later, everyone involved, including bystanders who offered opinions and judgments without being present during the fallout, should contemplate the role they played in the situation. As an exercise, consider asking yourself two simple questions: "What role did I play in this scenario?" and "How did my involvement impact the lives of those involved?"

Reflecting on the involvement of elders, ministers, and individuals with educational degrees in the C.S. situation brings forth several insights:
1. Missed Leadership Opportunities: It becomes evident that many missed opportunities to learn how to be effective leaders, de-escalate conflicts, and mitigate situations.
2. Pre-existing Conspiracy: The involvement of thieves who hired attorneys and conspired before the situation came to light indicates a messy situation. Mitigation might have been challenging due to their premeditated actions.
3. Limited Control Despite Status: Despite their status as elders, ministers, etc., with grand entrances into church buildings, it's clear that their control was limited. Even if outcomes were achieved, it doesn't necessarily imply genuine control—God's allowance doesn't equate to human control.
4. Secrecy and Passive Aggression: The use of secrecy and conspiracies suggests a 'passive-aggressive' communication style. This is particularly striking considering these individuals' titles, such as 'Elders,' 'Ministers,' 'Lawyers,' and 'Trustees.'
5. Missed Opportunity for Redemption: Instead of focusing on turning a bad situation into a positive one, such as using the church building to bring in the lost, the emphasis was on the building and financial gains. There was a significant missed opportunity to utilize a building dedicated to God for a greater purpose, such as opening it to the homeless and lost souls.
The entire situation reveals a lack of effective leadership and a departure from the core principles of compassion, communication, and redemption.

the bible has the answers, dear one!
Galatians 2:
4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
5 To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
2 Corinthians 11:26
In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;
Jude 4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 11:
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
2 Thessalonians 2:
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

I understand that what happened was prophesied, and I appreciate your use of scripture as it is comforting. However, I can't help but be disappointed that members of that organization undermined my ability to think for myself. Every time I voiced my thoughts, I was told to bear it. As Jesus said in Matthew 7:16 (KJV), 'Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?' The issue is that the church (aka religious organization) doesn't emphasize observing people's actions to see whether they bring forth good fruit. Words mean nothing if one's actions are corrupt.
Also, concerning the moderator, if you created a website that allows people to vent, I think it would have been responsible for you to point out abusive situations and provide victims with options on how they can combat it, and even mention suicide hotlines. This abuse is real!
