Since when does a Shepherd watch their flock from half the world away. This is in general terms and does not apply to Pentsa since he was never much of anything anyway. Pentsa is a product of the kiss backside ACC culture where because of family loyalty and corrupt politics and plain laziness and blind stupidity so many garbage practices are tolerated and overlooked. If you really want to know, Marsden has that problem - they don't have other leaders. PP has taken care of all potential competitors. There are some dear brothers attending Marsden, true, but they are not leadership material.
