Well if you are all tooo busy trying to replace the assistant elder, and not being zealous about the faith then maybe you all need to check yourselves! Be an example, be faithful and never ending in your attendance, don’t gossip, and love one another. Whether Nick or Alex or Dennis, is better suited, we will never know. But focus on yourselves first and be good standing members with 100% attendance and a clean record, before you start talking. God bless.

Wow, absolutely not! I wouldn’t even like to see Alex, Nick or Dennis try to do what John has done for the church. John has transformed and brought so much peace to our congregation, and if God wanted another brother there, he would have put them there. John is the best person suited for his position and he is doing a terrific, something that the other ministering brothers cannot achieve. And speaking about attendance record, John has 100% compared to the other brothers, so no use putting someone else there when they’re not always at church. Don’t forget that a shepherd needs to be available 100% of the time, not just 20, 30, 50. Sounds like you’s are just jealousssss!

So if John is not the best person suited to this position, who is? Besides your going to be more blind not coming to church than actually coming to church. The less time you spend with God and the brethren the quicker you’ll be lead away. It’s really not rocket science. Wake up!
