The assumptions that come from these things lack lots of substance.
It's a fact of life. It's like putting in an application without any factual evidence to support the claim. This is what these people have done, to try escape the wrath of the dealings. But the reality is, you cannot, and what you get dealt with is what you must accept. If you cannot accept, then that is within yourself. Do not attack others for the choices a deceased made. Period.
As a side note: you must accept to find peace, you do not have to agree with it.
Move on. Its done and dusted.

Hey Canada thanks for joining in. They have not made it an easy ride. Of which did cause significant distress, hardship, and torment to the other party, it is something that the body can handle so much before breaking. I did a lot of law training, and due to the face that I cannot participate in this, from what I gather from my years in law is that they know do hold power to the other party. But, as it would be conflict of interests and ethics, principals that can interfere, the best I am able to do is rename annon. for these reasons. Especially the black and white print that has been mentioned above in regards to defamation issues adds to the mess.
