Busy bodies in the church are just as bad as those you speak about on this website. Everyone examine themselves and let God be the judge. Love thou neighbor and love thou enemy (as bad as they are), our job is to love and stop spreading so much hate. WOW! Busybodies are everyone, but these are leaders they are supposed to be our moral compass and spiritual guides instead they are corrupt and support thievery. Even Jesus drew the line and spoke against wrongdoing, in fact, he was hated for it and killed because of speaking out.
With what you are saying if we all stood back while the leaders turn our churches into a sanctuary for criminals how would Jesus judge us for being complicit.

What if your wife was raped, or your child was abused. What if your house was robbed or your car was stolen. Would you not call authorities?
Why would you call the police? Because it's wrong? Or would you do nothing and let the perpetrator run free and do it again.
Jesus taught forgiveness and to love your enemies. But allowing individuals to keep stealing or harming people makes you a partaker of the crimes they commit.
It's about repenting. Saying I am sorry, I made a poor choice and paying back if you have stolen.
Why would you call the police? Because it's wrong? Or would you do nothing and let the perpetrator run free and do it again.
