1. Any and all persons SHALL have the right of free speech and opinion regarding anything in the Nazarene church, whether they are members or not, and the freedom to express those opinions in the church or church property or outside or off of church property without fear or punishment, banishment, or excommunication, which are illegal (see #3.)

1.25. All elders shall have 6 year terms and all ministers shall have 4 year terms, both may only have 3 terms maximum, but must not have third term consecutively. Voting among congregation shall determine winners of at least 60% of votes, votes shall be counted in front of congregation, and NOT in ministers room. Candidates are free to run for position or may be nominated. Nepotism is discouraged.

1.5. Any and all criminal acts, even those that might not seem as such, and all or any criminal acts within the leadership will be reported to local law enforcement, and the Nazarene church will work with and supply all necessary documents and(or) evidence to local law enforcement.

1.75. The membership SHALL reserve the exclusive right to hold a vote at any time to remove any elder or minister, or change any custom, if it is against this proclamation. All without fear or reprisel punishment, banishment, or excommunication which are illegal (see #3.)

2. All elders shall NOT receive a so called double portion of spirit, due to the fact that so many are dishonest even though they have it.

3. There shall exist no punishment, banishment, or excommunication in any form due to their discriminatory nature and possibility of civil litigation against the church because of their use. Only if a member has committed a federal crime he shall be banished until his sentence with law enforcement is settled.

4. All types of human beings shall be welcome, regardless of skin color, race, ethnicity, or belief. In not allowing this it would be discrimination.

5. All who desire to be members shall be members regardless of their beliefs. Acceptance of Nazarene belief or faith shall NOT be mandatory for acceptance.

6. Paying membership dues shall NOT be mandatory, and shall increase yearly at the rate of 1%.

7. Membership meeting shall be open to all and not only to membership, as will baptisms, and so called "Lords Supper".

8. Song books shall be modernized to better represent music choices desired by current membership.

9. Abusive language or behavior is grounds for action, and or removal off of church property if deemed serious enough by local law enforcement, who will respond to deal with issue, however care must be taken to avoid civil litigation.

10. Free counseling services will be offered completely by the church, with both parties remaining anonymous, and innocent of guilt, unless said action was of a criminal nature.

11. The Nazarene church shall follow all federal, state, and local laws,( of that area) and ordinances, for example illegal immigration, shall not be practiced.

12. All members shall have equal rights identical to all of their own peer citizens outside of the church with regards to what is legal and what is not. For example ownership or practice of tv, technology, smartphones, or ANYTHING that is legal in local area shall not be viewed as a decider of ones spiritual condition nor prohibited.

13. Attendance shall not be used as a good or bad method of determining who is who or ones spiritual state.

14. Any attire is acceptable as long as it is not obscene, or offensive.

15. All speakers of any language in any congregation shall have access to books, pamphlets, or sermons and any religious material in their own language, to not do so would be discrimination.

16. Headwear for females shall not be required nor prohibited.

17.The Nazarene church shall NOT seek to take away all government given holidays, and replace those days with their own church camps or spiritual programs, for example membership should feel free to practice whatever they want on holidays and not be prodded into always attending church camps.

answer to: #1 is:

1 Cor.4:21
What do you prefer? Shall I come to you with a rod of discipline, or shall I come in love and with a gentle spirit?

Jude 1:23
And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

1 Cor.3:15
If it is burned up, he will suffer loss. He himself will be saved, but only as if through the flames.

we will continue as we look into each # slowly.

so far, we will leave it on #1 at the moment.

But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

Mark I. and Andy O. clearly this unruly member falls under the verse above...heretick.

All elders shall have 3 year terms (6 is too long)
and
all ministers shall have 2 year terms (4 is too long)
and
Voting among congregation shall determine winners of at least 100% of votes, votes shall be counted in front of congregation, and NOT in ministers room. Candidates are free to run for position or may be nominated. Nepotism is discouraged.

if one does not have a VALID biblical disagreement for the winner, this is not taken into consideration, and is therefore continued and granted as ready to be appointed and anointed.

You sound like someone running before the "Beast" to make all Faiths into one, "One World Order" in the Assemblies of this Church You want to be a part Of. It Sounds Like People in the Old Times where every one did what seemed good in their eyes, no man of God among them.
You should rename your group as "Assemblies Of All People Serving The God Of This World."

ANSWER TO: #2

THE BIBLE IS CLEAR ON WHO WE SHOULD GIVE THE HONOUR TO.

1 TIM.5:17 STATES:

The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching.

double honour to those who work well, "NOT" to all elders.....readly slowly.

do not change

answer to #16

the bible cannot be changed.
man did not direct Gods spirit for the bible to be written.

1 Cor.11:15
But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

1 Cor.11:6
For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head.

this is all very clear and simple to understand.

do not attempt to change God's way nor principles of holy living.

Happy Thanksgiving to All! Time to Go and Give GOD Thanks for All He Has Done, He Gave Us His Son, and All That We have! Do not Go and praise the gods of this world, do you not know that "Foosbal" is of the Devil, Moma said!So do not support them and give your hard earned money to them, but rather bring it to the poor and needy!

what does money go to do with the membership of Gods Church.

money and den of thieves has a lot in common, but not money and Gods House.

one clear solution

one CLEAR answer to the "solution" is here:

James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Proverbs 28:
13. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
14. Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.

confess means:
- to admit that you have done something wrong.
- to acknowledge your sin
- to tell what you have done wrong, so God can forgive you.
