So, a couple weeks ago ballots were collected with questions for the elders to answer, during CFG. We had a night a few weeks ago, where the two elders answered about half of the questions (there wasn't enough time to answer all). We did it in a forum style. Basically, what I got from the forum was that the elders are going to cow tow to the demands of the older, more conservative people, and aren't going to do anything to address the needs of the youth. This is silly! I mean, come on! You don't need to cow-tow to anybody in order to have order and peace within the church. They could at least address them with the young people, including the nonmembers, but no- they insist on no transparency. This HAS to change.

hmmmm......just curious about what the questions were that they didnt want to address, can you shed some light on that, and youre right....the elders need to serve all the members beause they are servants, i think theyre cow-towing to older more conservative members because those people probably scream and shout the loudest and probably call them ten times per day...........oer it could be that, that is where they get their support........could you give us more details?
