Now my question is: Why PP didn't wait for other elders to come but carried out the work by himself without even asking the church. Then the following Sunday had to undo everything he has done.

If when we were at our baptism questioned what to do if we see someone sin, would it not be right to bring it in practice, and at least let that person know that he needs to fix something, or else you will reveal it. But if it is not true about that person what you stated, and you still spread it, is it not slandering him or her? Then who is doing the sinnning? As Elder of church, P.P. can ask for

To your question, why did P.P.had to cancel his work, you will know when the time comes, I don't think he had to cancel, most likely he wanted to give it time so as to preserve the peace, he did say he counseled with other Elders,so that might be some advise he received, but why is that so important to you? Is it a good thing that he canceled his work? It is a sign that he is willing to give peace a chance, wouldn't you agree? Regarding the elders, you are probably not aware of that, but here in Australia we already have two elders, Miodrag and Arnold, and I don't see any "reasonable reason" (apart from some unreasonable reasons) why not to use THEM to ordain the third one, John P. It's definitely cheaper than paying the overseas tickets. Any thoughts?
