Clearly by all the evidence presented, Stefan Sr. and Stefan Jr. stole the Columbia Station church. They have gotton away with it in this world using the earthly laws but they won't and can't run and hide from God. Vengence is mine, saith the Lord.
If David Nikolson made that happen by putting them as church treasurers, church trustees and handed the title of the church to these two WITHOUT the knowledge and support of the church then he has a hand in the church theft and he should resign or be removed as Elder.

There is a proverb in Latin - "Cornix cornici oculos non effodiet". In Serbian it says "Vrana vrani oci ne vadi" and in English "A crow doesn't rip out the eyes of another crow", or maybe better "No crow picks on another crow".

So what if there are recordings? Since when does Misha listen to the elders anyway? Until the recordings are posted, I will not believe that the elders gave him permission to sue the Stefans, or "Nazarene Inc." or whatever they sued. True, IF they did give him permission to sue and then punished him that's wrong. However, he should have been punished a long time ago anyway. He was buddy buddy with the Stefans.

Absolutely they will be, and we all will be. But that's not the point of this website. The point of this website is that the abusers should not be leaders anymore (elders). My point is, it probably won't work. No one will be held accountable (on earth) and things will go on as normal and the Stefans will enjoy their money while the widows from Columbia Station have to go to other churches. And whether or not the elders want to admit it, it's their fault. Mainly David's.

To house of God, you are right, but all those that gave for the church are not asking for a refund. All they are saying is Stefans stole the church from under them. They lost there place of worship. That is the whole argument here.
It's just human nature to add to the fact that Stefan did not help build nor fund the church yet Dave Nikolson handed him the title. Since there was obvious furious discore in the church the title should have gone to the ACC Foundation to be protected. To take it upon THEMSELVES to close a church is unconscionable.
