“Proclaim a day of fasting and seat Naboth in a prominent place among the people. 10 But seat two scoundrels opposite him and have them bring charges that he has cursed both God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death.”
11 So the elders and nobles who lived in Naboth’s city did as Jezebel directed in the letters she had written to them. 12 They proclaimed a fast and seated Naboth in a prominent place among the people. 13 Then two scoundrels came and sat opposite him and brought charges against Naboth before the people, saying, “Naboth has cursed both God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death. 14 Then they sent word to Jezebel: “Naboth has been stoned to death.”

Thank the Lord and you for your comments UK, my heart truly goes out to lashing at “Very Sad”, it was a knee-j.erk reaction as for the past years of hearing and reading about the Columbia Station theft, there were “many” comments made persecuting the remaining members who fought to prevent the sale of the church.
Anyone reading this, if you contributed to persecuting the remaining members of Columbia Station, here are some key points for you to consider:
1. Those remaining members made it “public” and confessed before the law of Ohio in their deposition that they were wrong and were sorry for the original split of the first group who left Columbia Station. With that being said, after reading the comments made on this site, some took judgement and made it a point to express that their apology and repentance wasn’t “good” enough. My heart is warmed by the humility of the brethren who confessed that they were wrong.
2. For those of you who were hurt by the original split, I understand your hurt, but I cannot relate to your silence in the matter of the church being stolen, and “possibly” in the lack of forgiveness to those who confessed that they were wrong.
To the Stefan’s you are Judah's, you took a church that wasn’t yours, you also humiliated and bullied children in Sunday school by calling them names, you called them stupid. Jesus said, “suffer not the little children to come to me”, the Lord is just and He saw everything.

The phrase “reprobate mind” is found in Romans 1:28 in reference to those whom God has rejected as godless and wicked. They “suppress the truth by their wickedness,” and it is upon these people that the wrath of God rests (Romans 1:18). The Greek word translated “reprobate” in the New Testament is adokimos, which means literally “unapproved, that is, rejected; by implication, worthless (literally or morally).”
Paul describes two men named Jannes and Jambres as those who “resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith" (2 Timothy 3:8). Here the reprobation is regarding the resistance to the truth because of corrupt minds. In Titus, Paul also refers to those whose works are reprobate: “They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate” (Titus 1:16). Therefore, the reprobate mind is one that is corrupt and worthless.
As we can see in the verses above, people who are classified as having a reprobate mind have some knowledge of God and perhaps know of His commandments. However, they live impure lives and have very little desire to please God. Those who have reprobate minds live corrupt and selfish lives. Sin is justified and acceptable to them. The reprobates are those whom God has rejected and has left to their own devices.
Can a Christian have a reprobate mind? Someone who has sincerely accepted Jesus Christ by faith will not have this mindset because the old person with a reprobate mind has been recreated into a new creation: “The old has passed away; behold, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Christians are basically “new” people. We live differently and speak differently. Our world is centered on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and how we can serve Him. Also, if we are truly in the faith, we will have the Holy Spirit to help us live a God-honoring life (John 14:26). Those with reprobate minds do not have the Spirit and live only for themselves.

The bible verses referenced are “very, very” powerful, and I think people think that they can sin and ask for forgiveness and that’s the end of it.
They expect the person that they have offended or have caused sin to just forgive them; or in my case, one of my past offenders tried to manipulate me by saying if I didn’t forgive him, that God wouldn’t forgive me… only if it was that easy.
I know now that asking someone to forgive you is one thing, but truly repenting, crying and begging God and that person to forgive you is another thing.
To those who stole Columbia Station, and the members in West Akron who supported and helped David and the Steffan’s, it will NEVER be a simple “please forgive me” … You “all” need to learn what the meaning of sorry, sorrow for your sins are and what repentance really means.
They expect the person that they have offended or have caused sin to just forgive them; or in my case, one of my past offenders tried to manipulate me by saying if I didn’t forgive him, that God wouldn’t forgive me… only if it was that easy.
